We are here to assist and teach self defence and safety. You do not need to owe a firearm for that to happen. 

If you do owe a firearm, we will teach you how to use it savely.

If you haven't exsercised in years, we can help. We have a great team of Fitness Instructors as well as Nutritionists.

Everything you need to know, we will teach you.

Kiddie Krav starts at the age of 7 - 12 and when they are ready move to Adult classes from the age of 13.

Classes are an hour long.
